This all-new podcast offers a local perspective on real estate, business, and lifestyle in North Texas

WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, OCTOBER 3, 2025 – Tim Lockhart, a locally leading Keller Williams REALTOR® and retired Air Force officer, is pleased to announce the official debut of The Falls Home Front Podcast, where Wichita Falls leads in north Texas real estate, business and life. This all-new podcast dives into North Texas real estate, business, and lifestyle, featuring locally-based guests offering exciting insights into everything happening locally. 

The Falls Home Front Podcast is perfect for local business owners, entrepreneurs, real estate clients, and engaged residents in Wichita Falls and North Texas. Lockhart and his guests offer insights into the latest trends and insights in terms of local business and real estate while also connecting the audience with things happening in Wichita Falls and the surrounding areas. 

“This podcast is about shining a light on the people and places that make Wichita Falls a powerhouse for real estate and entrepreneurship,” said Lockhart. “As a veteran, REALTOR®, and business strategist, I’ve seen firsthand the potential of our region. I launched The Falls Home Front to tell the real stories behind that growth.”

The Falls Home Front Podcast officially launched on September 10, 2025, and has featured guests such as Tim Short, Mayor and community leader in Wichita Falls; Dr. Fouad Fakhouri, Music Director of the Wichita Falls Symphony Orchestra; Jean Hall, Market President of Big Brothers Big Sisters; and Randy Pounds, owner at Accurate Inspections. Six episodes have thus far been posted and are available now on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube.

The Falls Home Front Podcast is also accepting requests from those who’d like to be on the show.
