Tim Lockhart, REALTOR®, is a RamseyTrusted real estate agent, retired U.S. Air Force Major, and founder of the Lockhart Real Estate Team at Keller Williams Realty in Wichita Falls, Texas. Licensed since 2012 and serving the North Texas communities of Wichita Falls, Iowa Park, and Burkburnett, Tim has helped over 300 families buy and sell homes with professionalism, strategy, and care. He currently ranks in the top 10% of agents within the Keller Williams Lonestar DFW region and is consistently among the top 20% of producing agents in the Wichita Falls area.  Through The Falls Home Front Podcast, Tim blends his expertise in real estate with his commitment to community, delivering conversations, market insights, and local stories that help people thrive in North Texas.

Prior to real estate, Tim led large-scale infrastructure and engineering operations around the globe. During his Air Force career, he managed over $1 billion in government facility projects, negotiated with top-level contractors, and led joint-force teams across deployments in Afghanistan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, the UAE, Germany, Iceland, and Honduras. His final military role was as Director of Operations for the 366th Training Squadron at Sheppard Air Force Base, where he oversaw the technical and military training of over 6,000 U.S. and international students annually, along with two geographically separated units.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Arts in Religion from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. He also completed Squadron Officer School and Air Command and Staff College at Maxwell AFB. A lifelong learner and servant leader, beyond real estate, Tim is deeply involved in the local arts, serving on the Board of Directors of the Wichita Falls Symphony Orchestra. He’s passionate about highlighting the area’s culture, events, and opportunities, especially for military families and veterans who, like his own, choose to make Wichita Falls home.
