We had one of our properties listed with another well known realtor group in town and had 1, that’s right, 1 showing in 12 months. We were referred to Tim and low and behold he had a buyer and the property in contract within the first 30 days of listing it with him. Since that closing, he has a buyer offering us a buyout of 4 additional investment properties. Tim is very good at what he does and his work ethic shown by how fast and easy he is to work with. A pleasure to do business with on all levels!!

I purchased four investment properties with Tim this summer and it was a fantastic experience. Tim knows the market well, is responsive, has an amazing team, and was able to successfully navigate four complicated closings within a very tight timeline. Tim is an outstanding agent. He worked diligently to find us a buyer. The day prior to our open house, in addition to putting out signs, Tim spent hours going door-to-door to inform the neighbors of our upcoming open house. I’ve never seen or heard of another agent that worked so hard. His efforts paid off. The open house received a huge turnout. As a result, we were in contract that following day; only two weeks after we went on the market. Tim is honest, hard working, and knowledgeable. Tim is an excellent agent. Although we did nit use him for the sale of our home, Tim help us with market pricing for our home. I would HIGHLY recommend Tim as a listing or buying agent. He comes prepared and is well informed.

Tim helped us from the beginning through the whole process. He was there anytime we had any questions and I could honestly say we did not have to wait for the answers to our questions, no matter how simple or hard they might have been. He was available for us anytime of the day or night and was able to give us honest answers and guidance as this was our first experience purchasing a home in Texas. Tim is an amazing person who is genuinely trying to help his clients find the best home that suits them. When my husband and I were looking for a house with two large dogs, one being a Rottweiler, he made it happen. We contacted several realtors about looking for a rental home, and Tim was the only one who helped us even being that we are living in Denver, Colorado. He kept us up to date through phone calls and emails throughout the whole process. He gave us options to look into being that we have two dogs. From a contractors perspective, Tim is a great guy to work for and He takes no short cuts when it comes to selling a home. He is a hard worker, honest, and does everything He can to 100% satisfy all his clients.
