Tim did a great job of selling our house in Wichita Falls. He does more than just put it on the internet. He actively tries to sell it. For example, an interested buyer wanted to install a gas stove, but was concerned on the cost of getting a gas line. Tim called a local contractor out and got the buyer an estimate the same day. He was also quick to answer my questions and return phone calls and emails.

Tim did an awesome job selling our house. He went above and beyond what was needed. We previously had it on the market for a year with no potential buyers. With Tim, we were able to sell the house with little to no stress. Tim understands the needs of military families and worked with us. He was easily reached to answer any questions and recommended and coordinated for all work needed to be done for the sale.

Tim Lockhart is an outstanding Realtor. What is most impressive is his work ethic which was evident the first day we met. Tim was walking neighborhood to neighborhood, on foot prospecting homes. We had our home listed for sale by owner and at the time we did not receive the attention we had hoped. We figured a Realtor committed enough to walk a neighborhood looking for business is the type of person we want committed towards helping us sell our home. Tim is very professional, responsive and passionate about what he does. He was very helpful in prepping the house for listing and for the open house. Tim is the ultimate professional. He is extremely responsive and kept us informed through the entire process. We had listed it with a different company and no results. I would use him again. Faced with the choice of selling my wife’s family home as-is or fixing it up, we followed Tim’s advice to fix it up and were able to sell the house for almost twice as much as what we originally thought it was worth. He guided us with recommendations of what would and would not be worth spending money on and gave us contacts for contractors and suppliers to do the things that we couldn’t do ourselves (or couldn’t do properly). Each of them provided very fair pricing and many of them gave discounts because of how much they liked working with Tim themselves. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone buying or selling a home and plan to use his service again when it comes time to sell my family’s home.
