I contacted Tim before we moved telling him when we would be in Wichita Falls and wanted to purchase a home while we were there. He set up a list of homes for us to look at, and we spent the whole day viewing homes. At the end of the day, he had one more home that was just coming on the market and not on the list he had set up for us to view. He called and quickly set up the tour so we could see this last one. We fell in love with it, and that was the home we bought. Tim Lockhart is the best realtor I’ve worked with. He’s professional, thorough, and listens to his clients. Thank you, Tim, for all you do.
